		<description>This reminds me of an old saying that a trainer once told me. " Would you rather look like a sprinter or a long distance runner"?  After taking a second to digest the saying I began to imagine an olympic sprinter.  Lean, sculpted muscle mass with defined arms and legs. Then I though of all of the cross country runners and distance track runners that I knew in high school and college.  All of them were lanky, skinny, and weak looking.  No offense to you distance guys but I'll go with the spritner look any day.</description>
