The judgment
Touchscreen-guided cycling.
Buy it if you want guided, trainer-led rides with auto-resistance. Skip it if you don't want a monthly fee on top of the hardware cost.
What endures
- — Auto-adjusting resistance/incline follows iFIT trainers
- — Large touchscreen, immersive workout library
- — 10-year frame warranty on current lineup
What resists
- — iFIT subscription (~$39/mo) required for full value
- — Older S22i had seat/frame-wobble complaints
- — Model naming has changed on Amazon vs. current site
